Liquid Democracy e.V. is a non-profit association providing e-participation software for qualitative political participation. Due to demands that exceed the possible commercial earnings of a non-profit, without being at risk to lose the non-profit status, a strategy has to be developed that sustain operations, meets increased customer expectations and incorporates the core values and vision of the association.
Conceptual redesign of the e-participation software ‘Adhocracy’ aligned to customer needs and strategic considerations embedded in a modular service framework. Including a business design for a social enterprise accompanied by a business case for the commercialisation of the redesign.
