Agenda S-1

*2015 I Corporate e-participation I partou eG

Context

A shift in business strategy at partou eG in the beginning of 2015 resulted in founding a task force to develop a product that would support the new business model and target market and allow a quick commercialisation.

Outcome

Agenda S-1 enables employees to place one item (second last, before ‘other’) on the Agenda of their management board. The three-step process allows for item input, item discussion and item voting. The most voted item is placed on the agenda. Results of the meeting are fed back into the software. Training and additional services like external moderation round up the product.

Adhocracy 3

*2014 I Operating system for e-participation I Liquid Democracy e.V.

Context

With two organisations starting to build their business on the open-source software ‘Adhocracy’ which organically grew over the past years it became clear that the technology had to be adapted. A shift in business models, ever expanding requirements from upcoming projects and the need for flexibility in process design framed the redesign.

Outcome

Adhocracy3s product vision was to develop a modular embeddable single-page application. Modular to allow project managers to tailor participation processes to client needs, embeddable to locate the application in the clients/projects context and a single page application to be able to design an experience of a participation and collaboration tool rather than an ordinary website.

OTECT

*2014 I Ocean termal energy assesment tool I Master

Context

Bluerise is a technology provider for Ocean Thermal Energy. The project goal was to come up with new ideas for how OTEC and related technologies can be assessed by and explained to potential users, such as governments, companies and organisations alike. The outcome should be a product/service/system design that gives basic information about the technical and economic feasibility for user selected locations.

Outcome

A two phased web application that enables informal interaction between Bluerise and possible business partners in which data and therefore important information for the future development of the project is transferred. The initial phase is used to promote the technology. The second phase focuses on a factual assessment of the stakeholder and the location he is referring to.
